Message	i've talked to them over the phone twice and same story. they never get back to me either. and when i email them, they don't bother replying. also, if it was drop shipped, they could've let me know so i would prevent waiting months and months for a simple order. as up to now, i always had to call them and ask where my order and tracking number is. drop shipped or not, no business is right to let their customers wait months over months without any word or warning.
